  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Refunds are only applicable if the delivered service does not align with the agreed-upon scope or quality as specified in the service agreement.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion or delivery.
  2. Non-Refundable Services
    • The following services are non-refundable:
      • IT Strategy Consulting sessions.
      • Completed Software Development projects or milestones approved by the client.
      • Delivered UI/UX Design projects.
      • Finalized Data Analysis reports.
      • Launched Digital Marketing campaigns.
      • Installed and tested Security Systems.
  3. Partial Refunds
    • For ongoing projects, partial refunds may be granted if cancellation occurs before the project’s halfway point and no significant deliverables have been handed over.
  4. Refund Process

      • Details of the service purchased.
      • A clear reason for the refund request.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Returns Policy

  1. Service Adjustments
    • Clients unsatisfied with delivered services can request revisions within 15 days of delivery.
    • Adjustments will be made free of charge if the issue falls within the original project scope.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    • Clients may cancel service agreements by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.
    • For recurring services, cancellations will not result in a refund for the billing cycle in progress.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • This policy does not cover:
    • Delays caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
    • Custom software or digital products after delivery and acceptance.
    • Services affected by third-party platforms or systems beyond our control.
